Multi Skilled Engineer (4on/4off)
£48,000 – £54,000 + Overtime (1.5x Basic Pay) + Company Benefits + Pension

An excellent opportunity for a Multi-Skilled engineer to join a nationally recognised independent food manufacturer, offering a great working environment within a small and friendly engineering team.
Are you a multi skilled engineer with experience in a manufacturing environment? Do you want to join a well-known company where you will be part of a small team working a varied role of Planned and Reactive Maintenance?
Working as part of a shift team of 4 Engineers, as a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will work alongside the Production Team to achieve tight production targets to a demanding plan. Reliability of production equipment is essential, and this is where you will play a key role.
The Role
- 4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern
- Completing reactive maintenance and responding to repairs
- Identifying improvement and carrying out improvement plans
- Ensuring all machinery runs smoothly
The Person
- Maintenance Engineer with electrical or mechanical qualification or experience
- Looking to work in a small team
- Looking for a 4 on 4 off with Nightshifts
