Multi trade operative needed!
Warwickshire- Leamington
Up to £16.2 per hour
Temporary to Permanent contract
Immediate start!
An experienced Multi Trade is required in the Leamington – Warwickshire area working with our client, a large Contractor to local authority and housing associations.
Experience within the following trades would be preferred:
• Plastering
• Carpentry
• Basic Plumbing
• Tiling
The company offers a complete range of property services, and are looking to increase their team of trade operatives within their Void and Reactive repairs team.
• The successful candidate will have the following:
• MUST HAVE AN NVQ2 OR HIGHER!
• CSCS card holder
• Asbestos Awareness
• Own Tools/Van
• Only Candidates with Social Housing or similar background need apply!
