Project Manager

Salary: £57,600 – £60,000 per year

We are seeking to recruit a Project Manager on a permanent, full time basis in Swindon.
Key Purpose of the role
To support the project management team in delivering projects on-site in a well organised and professional manner. Ensuring contractors are inducted to site, works are appropriately planned into site operations and facilitating access and closure of works.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage single large or multiple smaller initiatives and projects
* Assist with the management of the Lifecycle Works and deliverables for the FM Contract
* Full project ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation through to hand-over and full recovery of costs.
Essential technical and professional skills, knowledge and qualifications
You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in managing projects, contractors and clients. With a good understanding of facilities management, you will be qualified in a Building Services discipline (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical or Building Fabric) and ideally have experience of FM in a hospital or healthcare environment.
A Degree / Diploma or Building Services Engineering or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
Project Management skills and working knowledge of Mechanical Building Services projects with a Contractor.
Preferred experience and knowledge of Clean Rooms, particularly in an NHS environment, with knowledge of HTM requirements.
