Project Manager

Salary: £54,000 – £72,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to be based out of our clients Redhill, Surrey office – please see enclosed for further details:

We carry out high end build projects in residential and in commercial where we work in offices, schools, hospitals, façade/Cladding. 

Aim is to find someone with experience in both to help manage contracts in London and the home counties 

Needs to understand façade/cladding design and deal with clients and contractors 

The position will be on a freelance consultancy basis for a period of 6 months with a permanent position offered after this time. If this does not suit we are happy to discuss alternative options.

With the company currently expanding, we are ambitious in the market and we currently have a full order book with many more projects coming in. 

We are a small team and we are looking for people who can self-manage, deal with clients, any issues that occur on site, procurement and daily running of several sites. 

Position 

• Office/Site/Home based working (Redhill Surrey Office)
• Leading the planning and implementation of projects.
• Defining a project’s scope and goals.
• Planning and scheduling project timelines.
• Coordinating project staff.
• Resource planning and allocation.
• Quality assurance.
• Carrying out risk assessment.
• Managing project administration, including all documentation.
• Meeting budgetary objectives.
• Reporting regularly to senior management.
• Managing client relationships.
• Tracking project performance.
• Good IT knowledge of appropriate software
