The opportunity:

To work across a high-profile and very interesting government contract in the South-West of London as a Project Manager, accountable for managing multiple HVAC upgrades, refurbs, and general facility changes from the initial scoping/costing phase through to completion.

As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

• Manage multiple HVAC upgrades, refurbs, and general facility changes from the initial scoping/costing phase through to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, to scope, and within budget.
• Work with the wider project team to meet tight deadlines.
• Ensure statutory compliance is maintained during these projects.
• Liaising with contractors, building landlords/managing agents, and internal stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for a Project Manager who has the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 3 years’ experience within a similar role
• A high level of facilities management, construction, and statutory compliance knowledge
• Technical understanding of hard services
