Keltbray transmission is one of the leading specialist providers of overhead line and sub-station services to the UK. In the Transmission market we deliver construction and refurbishment projects up to 275kV, and distribution substation refurbishment works to 33kv. Due to a number a big project wins and a very healthy-looking order book for 2023 we are looking to strengthen our team with an Access Liaison Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Involvement in the day-to-day running of the projects
• Liaise and agree access onto private land, maintaining client & landowner relationships.
• Arrange works requirements on projects- this shall include, access road installation/ upgrades, Temporary Roads,
• Land Drainage, Fencing & work area preparation.
• Attend onsite meetings
• Carry out utility searches.
• Assisting in providing regular client update reports and attending scheme progress meetings as required.
• Skills and Responsibilities.

Knowledge of agriculture legislation, policy and best practice.

• Knowledge and understanding of agricultural operations, land Drainage, Environmental Policies/ schemes would be advantageous.
• Previous experience of working on large cross country infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
• Experience of working with numerous landowners at one time.
• Organised and able to manage a varied/ busy workload.
• Excellent communication skills and credibility with landowners.
• Attention to detail and problem solver.
