Senior Resident Liaison Officer

My Client is looking for a Senior Resident Liaison Officer to oversee a Decent Homes Project based in South East London.

Job Role:

Actively listen by asking questions and checking understanding
Act constructively to both positive and negative feedback
Work with residents and colleagues to improve services
Adapt to the diverse needs and circumstances of internal and external customers and communicate effectively
Communicate clearly/courteously with internal and external customers
Deal with all customers fairly without making assumptions
Take responsibility for resolving complaints, only referring them to others when necessary
Apply good numeracy and literacy skills
Keep up to date with own technical and professional expertise
Help others to learn from mistakes and not blame others
Make clear decisions in difficult situations
Actively encourage residents to get involved with the association
