Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year

Talented Project Manager required on a permanent basis

Our client is a building main contractor based in the Windsor area and entrusted with some of Britain’s most prestigious properties. Their proven expertise enables them to solve the demanding and technically difficult issues often raised by new and historic buildings alike. The breadth of their experience and skills base, mean they deliver the whole project – from initial concept through to completion and beyond as needed. Their niche business revolves around small residential refurbishments and high end maintenance projects incorporating expenses finishes. Projects range from £25,000 up to £300,000

The role

Project Manager will contribute at the highest level with regards to responsibility for delivery of the project safely, on time and to the client’s satisfaction. The Project Manager will ensure that during the project all aspects of safety, environmental, quality and technical management issues are implemented and maintained, whilst building a close relationship with the client. The Project Manager will drive and motivate the site team to create the best possible finishes.

Requirements

Our client is looking for a Project Manager that can communicate well (good client skills), experienced at managing highly skilled trades. The Project Manager will have a background and be extremely competent at bringing in a project to time, quality and budget. Other pre requisites are:

Come from a trades background with a keen eye for detail.

Capable of reading all on-site drawings.

Project Manager must have experience of formulating precise short term programmes

Strong management and communication skills

Comfortable with managing meetings and dealing with the client and their representatives.
