Salary: £72,000 – £84,000 per year
Technical Manager needed based in Epsom
The successful candidate will also receive a car allowance of up to 8% and a bonus of up to 15%
Job Purpose:
You will be required to check all drawings to ensure details are both practical and economic and if possible provide improvements to help with both the time and costing of projects.
Ensure the effective co-ordination of planning, Design Freeze and working drawings reporting discrepancies to the relevant person.
You must resolve design and building problems and act as CDM Co-ordinator.
You will help prepare pre-construction information plans, review where requested Health and Safety documentation, method statements and place contracts within budget values.
Skills Required:
You will have at least 10 years’ experience working within the technical team with at least 3 of these within a house building environment. Ideally you will have experience with both AutoCAD and working with Site Waste Management Plans.
