Dexter Nicholas Ltd specialises in Sales and Management roles, we are an Executive Search and Selection Consultancy supplying mid-level and senior appointments across all sectors and industries.

We are now looking to expand our team with two further Recruitment Consultant. A major part of this role will be to focus on filling vacancies for our returning and new client companies by supplying them with the ideal/exact people they are seeking for the positions they are looking to fill. For existing vacancies you will be sourcing the best candidates from job-board searches, databases, advertising, headhunting etc.

Principal Knowledge / Experience

1. Minimum 2 years of proven success in the recruitment Industry (sales experience an advantage).

2. Ability to maintain a professional relationship with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s services.

3. Effective Communicator with both client and candidate.

4. Computer literate.
