Salary: £26,000 per year Plus Bonus Scheme.
DURATION: Temp-Perm
Telesales staff required. Applicants will ideally have experience but we can consider applications from candidates who have limited telesales experience or who are perhaps experienced in Customer Service and have the confidence and ability to do Telesales and retentions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Exciting opportunity for experienced Telesales staff to join progressive, established company who are leaders in their field.
No shifts – 37.50 hour week Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will be:
• A pro-active individual who can demonstrate previous success in outbound sales
• Tenacious, resilient and adaptable, and be able to “think on your feet”
• Highly driven with the ability to consistently achieve/ exceed targets.
• Highly organised with a talent for planning effectively
• Excited by new challenges in an established environment
• A team player with the ability to change direction at any point
• Tolerant and empathic communicator with excellent telephone manner
• PC Literate – use of in-house systems and MS Office applications
• Good at influencing and persuasive
• Results orientated and have a determined attitude
