Telesales

My client based on the outskirts of Blackpool are looking to recruit 2 x telesales candidates to join their growing and successful team.

The successful candidate will be tasked with contacting new and lapsed business and building up their accounts cross selling across the company portfolio in order to generate profit of which a competitive commission will be paid monthly.

The role involves relationship building and probing questioning in order to provide the customer with the right products at a competitive price, the company offers progression within the company for an ambitious candidate.

The role is outbound calls and requires a self motivated applicant to utilise the information provided in order to build a successful and lucrative career within the organisation.

Although previous sales experience would be beneficial my client would consider candidates with the right drive and determination to succeed with full product training provided upon commencing within the role.

In return my client is offering:
£26,000basic salary + uncapped Commission (Av £18k annually)
Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5pm
1 hour for lunch
20 days Hol + Bank holidays
Free Car parking
Tea, coffee and canteen facilities
