The Recruitment Company
– A search and selection recruitment firm established in the early 2000’s specialising in real estate and construction
– This company also deals with various sectors within permanent recruitment that allows joining graduate trainee recruitment consultants the flexibility to move between sectors
– As a Graduate Recruitment consultant you will receive two one hour sessions a week of tailored training in your chosen sector. This will also set you up to become a consultant and progress quickly to a senior consultant position and on your way to earning above £40k after just 1 year
-Based near St James Park, this company are Central allowing for an easy commute and a great location for socialising after work

The Graduate Recruitment Associate Role:
– Develop and utilise strong knowledge of sectors, recruitment clients and trends to identify new business opportunities
– Manage and develop relationships with both existing and potential clients as well as candidates
– Support the recruitment consultants
– Pass on any recruitment leads to the relevant teams
– Attracting the right kind of candidates through networking and advertising methods

What We Are Looking For in a Graduate Recruitment Associate:
– Recent graduates with a minimum 2.1 graduate degree
– Interest in real estate or finance is ideal
– Graduates must have an excellent telephone manner with office or telephone based experience
– You must have the desire to keep learning, developing and improving your knowledge
– Graduates must be competitive, ideally having been part of a sports team through your graduate degree
– A graduate who is mature and confident with a personable nature would fit in perfectly within our recruitment agency
