Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Cardiff

Permanent People are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading, well established IT recruitment agency based in Cardiff city centre! They are now looking for financially motivated, driven individuals to join their team as trainee recruitment consultants. Previous recruitment experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.

What the job will involve:
– Sourcing candidates, screening their CVs and interviewing them.
– Making sales calls to potential clients in order to win new vacancies.
– Establishing and maintaining relationships.
– Making placements.
– Managing the full recruitment process.
