Health & Safety Advisor, Immingham, salary up to £48,000possibly higher for the right experience

Arlington Moore is working on behalf of a successful company based in Immingham who are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor for their manufacturing operation.

Reporting to Director level the H&S Advisor will be responsible for ensuring all health & safety standards are met across the site as well as ensuring training and legislation is kept up to date.

The role of Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for;

* Managing all health & safety across the site

* Handling of H&S investigations

* Documented inspections

* Regular review of training as well as documentation for the site

* Producing Safe Systems of Work in conjunction with work teams

* Development and delivery of internal training

* Providing regular reports to the senior management team

Essential requirements

* Hold NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum

* A manufacturing / engineering background in Health & Safety

* Strong IT skills and excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

We are looking for a H&S Advisor, Health & Safety Advisor, Health & Safety Manager, Health & safety Officer or HSE Advisor, HSE Officer or HSE Manager who ideally has experience in a manufacturing, production or engineering environment.
