Salary / Package: £26,000 – £27,600Dependent upon qualifications and experience

Package: 25 days + BH`s, Pension, Mileage expenses, Mobile, Laptop, Discounts and other benefits.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a private Training Provider who is looking to expand their AAT delivery team in the West Midlands, and have Trainee and Qualified AAT Tutor/Assessor vacancies available.

Trainee Opportunity;
We are delighted to be able to offer this opportunity to candidates with no assessing or teaching experience – candidates must however hold an AAT level 4 qualification, along the drive and passion for training and development.
Full training and support is offered to obtain relevant teaching/assessment qualifications.

Duties:

– Delivering AAT Apprenticeships at Levels 2, 3 and 4 (full framework) in a classroom environment, with some on-site work based assessment visits.
– Ensure timely and accurate completions in line with company procedures and timescales
– Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress
– Support, advise and motivate learners
– Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner`s needs

Essential Criteria:

– Must hold a minimum Level 4 AAT Qualification
– Strong occupational competency in accountancy,, preferably to management level.
– Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
– Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
– Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
