Earthworks Project Manager

Salary: £90,000 per year

Role: Earthworks Project Manager
Location: North London / Hertfordshire 
Salary & Package: Up to £90,000 Per Annum + Benefits

A leading building & civil engineering contractor operating throughout London & South East. 

Duties for the Earthworks Project Manager:

• Chairing client meetings with full regular full client liaison, cost control and budget monitoring, risk monitoring, DTMs, project meetings and health and safety.
• Oversee all coordination of the works, managing the teams and client facing lead.
• Day to day responsibility for the site operations.
• Taking full responsibility of the programme from weekly dropline reviews and forecast looking ahead of any areas that are approaching the critical Path, unblocking design restraints and commercial blockers, factoring in long lead items by ordering in advance.
• Management of procurement schedule.
• Ensuring site operations are being managed correctly by managing the Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors.
• Motivate and drive the team to success, encourage the team and aid the team where possible, take the lead be accountable and lead by example.

Requirements for the Construction Planner:

• Minimum 5+ years with experience in managing works
  on site especially earthworks, remediation experience
  would be advantageous and general health and safety
  compliance on site.
• Previous experience with ASTA PowerProject
• Team player
• Self-motivated
