Account Manager: Arabic Speaking Desk.

My client is a leading global online broker specialising in Forex, CFDs, Commodities, Spot Metals and Binary Options.

Due to expansion of their operations, my client has recently opened a new office in the financial City of London. Therefore exciting opportunities have arisen as they are actively seeking to employ a motivated and ambitious individual to excel in the role of an Account Manager.

Job Description:
• Promote financial products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service
• Discuss financial markets and factors that move them in a clear manner
• Assist Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation
• Train clients on the Company’s trading systems
• Communicate marketing promotions to clients via telephone and email
• Conduct business development and generate leads

Person Specification:
• Native Arabic speaker is a must:
• A University Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field
• A proven track record of sales achievements is a must
• Excellent telephone communication
• Dynamic, innovative and target driven
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Ability to work on own initiative and generate sales leads and conduct business development
• Prior experience in Financial Services, FX or Binaries markets will be considered an advantage
