Salary: £180 – £360 per day

We are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to be based within our commercial team in our Birmingham office. You will be responsible for advising on all aspects of design and construction, as well as the full remit of all party wall matters, and compiling detailed reports for the client.
Within this role your responsibilities will include:
* Surveying properties and identifying structural faults and making appropriate recommendations
* Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
* Organise documents for tender and advise on all aspects of recruitment and procurement
* Deal with planning applications and provide advice on legislation and regulations
* Carry out feasibility studies
* Advise on the Health and Safety aspects of projects
* Undertake contract administration role
* Undertake Quality Inspections on build quality
* General Building Surveying role
* Condition Surveys
* Dilapidations Surveys
* Commercial team support
