Herts Aid is a registered charity providing a commissioned countywide HIV and Sexual Health service for Hertfordshire. Herts Aid is recruiting a Young Person’s Sexual Health Worker to join our Public Health team.
Young Person’s Sexual Health Worker
Location: Across Hertfordshire
Salary scale – £26,000 – £30,527(25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays)
Hours of work: 37.5hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 9.00 – 17.00, some evenings and weekends required).
The role will deliver services and training across Hertfordshire to achieve reductions in teenage conception rates, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and improve sexual health awareness for young people in the community.
Post holder will be required to work from both our sites in Watford and Ware.
You will need to have a sound knowledge of Microsoft computer packages and be able to work independently as well as be a car driver with your own vehicle.
