Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year
Our client is a prestigious developer with a reputation for quality. They produce a stunning and diverse selection of houses and apartments in London and across the South of England. They are looking for a Finishing Manager to work on a site in TN12.
As an experienced Finishing Manager, you’ll deliver a quality product by co-ordinating the management of all site staff, outside contractors, site security, Health & Safety and fire prevention to ensure that the product is delivered on time and to budget by managing finishing trades and labour so as to consistently produce a quality of product that exceeds industry norms and customer expectation.
Successful candidates will come from a residential new build background, ideally high end, with trade and site experience and preferable demonstrate longevity with previous employers. You’ll have hold a CSCS Card at management level and valid SMSTS and First Aid at Work certificates.
Base, car allowance, pension, healthcare and discretionary bonus.
