Salary: £216 – £240 per day
Residential Groundworks Site Manager, Minster on Sea, Kent
Residential Groundworks Site Manager required to take ownership of an existing groundworks subcontract package at our Project in Minster, Kent.
Ideally you will have worked as a Manager with other leading groundworks subcontractors and will have a proven track record in delivering various groundworks packages from initial set up through to full completion on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* FIRST AID
Skills/Experience:
* Proven track record as a Groundworks Site Manager whilst working as a subcontractor
* Able to demonstrate good organisation skills in both site activities and administration duties.
* Good awareness and knowledge in Health and Safety, Quality and Project Delivery standards and techniques
* An excellent communicator
* Be an excellent problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box
