Recruitment Consultant job, Bangor, North Wales Could you be the “Superstar” we are looking for?

Over the past three decades our reputation has flourished along with our service offering and today we supply permanent and temporary personnel to a range of businesses throughout Wales and the North West.We are now looking for another “Superstar” to join our team in Bangor.

Your role would be to conduct the full recruitment process from taking a vacancy through to placing a candidate in a position, in addition to raising the profile of Supertemps through sales and marketing.

If you have the passion, drive and enthusiasm to join our Super team, then we would love to hear from you. Previous recruitment experience isn’t essential, but we would be looking for applicants to have the following qualifications and transferable skills:

Either educated to degree level or equivalent through experience

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Previous sales experience, ideally Business to Business

Positive can-do attitude with the desire to go the extra mile

Passionate about delivering superior customer service

Excellent organisational and administrative skills

IT Literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Presentable, professional and with a friendly disposition

Full driving license and own vehicle

Welsh language skills would be advantageous but aren’t strictly required for this position

Standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, however, the role is a combination of desk and field based work and will involve visiting clients and attending networking events which may include working out of hours on occasion.

An attractive salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission are on offer along with 25 days holiday and pension scheme after a qualifying period.
