Quality Assurance and Technical Trainer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Assurance and Technical Trainer to be based out of their West Sussex Office. You will be working closely with the Team Leaders and Managers, to identify skills gaps and training needs by supporting the quality monitoring and feedback process. With support and direction from the Team Leaders and Managers, create, maintain and deliver technical training for the Operational Underwriting area.

Essential skills and knowledge required for this role include:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in motor insurance and wide overall understanding of our business, to include product and scheme knowledge
* Experience preferred in delivering training
* Self motivated and can work unsupervised
* Demonstrates good organisation and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Mentoring experience
* Ability to communicate with all levels of the business
