Our client is working with us to recruit dynamic enthusiastic sales representatives to join their London based team.

At the forefront of publishing for more than 50 years, serving half a million readers around the world, they are offering excellent opportunities for sales executives joining them now.

You will be learning about your clients by speaking to them on the phone and offering a range of bespoke solutions based on their business needs.

The clients are in sectors such as agriculture, oil and gas, energy, publishing, Health & Safety, farming and travel.

You may be experienced in phone-based sales, you may have been selling face to face, you may NOT have much sales experience but really want to learn- our client will consider individuals with great communication skills, enthusiasm, desire to learn and who can show us that they are tenacious, resilient and determined.

In return, you will get a good base salary plus commission as well as a salary increase when you complete 6 months of successful sales in the job.

The purpose of the job is:

• To build effective business relationships so that you can generate revenue from new and existing clients around the world in a variety of industry sectors, using phone-based sales. – (85% of your work will be office based with the rest travelling and attending UK and global events)
• To attend conferences, and exhibitions in the UK and overseas to meet your clients, and learn more about them and their industry sectors
• To build great long-standing solution-based business relationships with new and existing clients

What is Essential?

· To be confident outgoing articulate, enthusiastic and keen to learn

· Ability to quickly build business relationships quickly – be curious, ask questions and offer solutions

Be IT literate, with good comms skills and the ability to write business emails etc

· To be able to demonstrate tenacity and resilience

· Good command of both written and spoken English

· Money motivated and ambitious

· Great work ethic, personal accountability and able to work to deadlines and targets

· Knowledge of another language – nice to have but not essential

You don’t have to be a graduate, you don’t have to be experienced in sales! 

You will receive basic salary plus commission, Interest Free Season Ticket Loan, Company bonus twice a year, performance based salary review/increase and opportunities to progress in the business.
