The Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role:
– Research client markets
– Candidate Attraction, and Business Development
– Attending client meetings to fully understand the brief
– Account Management
– Co-ordinating interviews
– Interview feedback and negotiating offers
– General Admin
– Achieving and where possible exceeding targets

What We Are Looking For in a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
– 2:1 degree from a top university
– Must have an interest in learning about the financial markets
– Additional linguistic stills are ideal to a minimum of business level competency
– Excellent communication skills and keen traveller
– Well-presented and comfortable meeting people of high net worth
– Determined and resilient
– Office experience is beneficial but not essential
– Hard working and strong work ethic
