This Graduate Recruitment Consultant role is perfect for an ambitious, communicative and focused graduate looking to excel in recruitment in London. With specific graduate recruitment training in place, this finance and insurance recruitment company are looking to invest in graduates and help start their career in this exciting recruitment industry.The recruitment company are looking for 4 graduates to join their training programme mid to late January in order to be given excellent graduate recruitment training.

The Recruitment Company:
An established finance and insurance recruitment company committed to the development of their graduate recruitment consultants. Based in central London (Bank/St. Paul`s area) in beautiful modern offices where you can learn directly from the managers and directors of the company. Clients you can be working with include Coca Cola, BskyB, British Airways and Bank of England.

The Benefits in this Graduate Recruitment role:
– As a Graduate you can earn £30,000 minimum in your first year
– Monthly team away days and trips including boat trips, go karting, cocktail making classes, assault courses etc

– Regular recruitment training sessions focused on your graduate skill set

The Graduate Recruitment Consultant role:
– Undertake weekly graduate training and biweekly company training sessions
– Arrange and conduct face to face and telephone interviews and meetings
– Aid and work within your team to achieve individual and team targets and KPIs
– Organise and negotiate interviews and job offers
– Contact prospective clients to begin a long-term business relationship
– Work with entry level graduates to senior executives in finance and insurance to place them into the very best positions nationwide and globally
– Graduates will take part in company team building days and activities which occur monthly

The Perfect Graduate for the Graduate Recruitment Consultant Job Will Demonstrate:
– A strong academic background with a minimum 2.1 degree in any subject
– Evidence of extra-curricular endeavours including part-time or summer work experience, internships, sports, memberships to societies etc
– Confidence in communicating face to face and over the telephone
– Communicative with good questioning and listening skills
– Ambitious and eager to develop and progress as a graduate recruitment consultant
– A graduate with a good sense of humour, looking for a “work hard, play hard” environment
