Due to expansion my client is seeking a technical expert to join as a Project / Technical Support Engineer owning the whole of the companies 3rd Line infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious, cares about providing excellent customer service and importantly loves technology / problem solving. You will be a great team player and have excellent communication skills.

Role:

3rd line support
Project consultancy (project management and technical delivery of the project from start to finish)
Office and field based server support
Manage customers on a day-to-day basis and ensure we are continuing to provide a great level of service
Strategic involvement in the product set
Progression to team management as opportunity arisesIdeally you will have the skills listed below:

Strong Microsoft software / technology knowledge
3rd line support skills
Hand’s on server support
Exchange Server, Hyper V or VMWare
Windows deployment
Exchange migrations
Active Directory
Office 365 administration and support
Office, TCP/IP, DNS, SBS2003 or above, building and maintaining Servers
Cisco and networking
Logmein or other remote control.
Project managementWould be good if you had:

Office 365
Google apps
CRM
Sharepoint
Yammer
