Job Title: UK FINANCE MANAGER

OVERVIEW:

An exceptional opportunity exists with a global manufacturer in the healthcare sector in Hull. The role will suit a ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant and offers excellent scope for the future.

THE ROLE

Working alongside the UK Financial Controller the successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of financial and project duties, have input into the transactional processes performed by third party and promote best practice for process improvement throughout the business. Responsibility for Sarbanes Oxley will form a part of the role as will providing support and guidance to the Treasury team. Excellent reporting skills will be required as will the ability to implement process improvement and standardisation.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with sound post qualified experience preferably from a large manufacturing or distribution organisation. Technically capable and with demonstrable commercial awareness, you will be looking to make your move into an organisation where excellent career progression can be offered for the future and your high achieving standards will be recognised. Previous experience of SAP would be desirable and Advanced Excel skills essential.
