Salary: £26,000 – £26,652per year
We are working with a National Training Provider who is currently looking for an Lead Tutor for a job to assist in driving the business forward in Barry, Neath and Port Talbot areas. You will be reporting into the Regional Operations Manager. This is a full time permanent post to start ASAP.
The main aims of this Lead Tutor job in South Wales is assist the Centre Manager is driving the performance levels in Barry, Neath and Part Talbot forward. You will also manage a team of Tutors who deliver Employability, Basic Skills, and Essential Skills to learners completing traineeships and apprenticeships.
To be considered for this Lead Tutor job in Barry, Neath and Port Talbot you will have:
A teaching qualification, minimum level 4 PTLLS
An Assessor TAQA, A1 or D32/33 is desirable
Experience of managing a team
Literacy and Numeracy Level 2
