Data Governance & Quality Manager

Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year

Synchro are working exclusively with a well-established, and rapidly growing business based in Birmingham. Pivotal to their business needs and continued success and growth, we are recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Data Governance & Quality Manager.

We are seeking a candidate with a wealth of experience in both the Data Governance/ Data Control and Quality Management areas. You will have prior experience of training other members of staff on system changes and updates as well as in areas of compliance and quality and changes in policies and guidelines. You will have a strong grasp of GDPR and act as a subject matter expert in this area. You will also have strong competence and prior experience of performing audits and detailed follow up and documentation which completes this process.
This role will be based in Birmingham. There is a lot of flexibility on offer here and remote working / home working is very much an option. You must be able to commute into Birmingham to their office as and when required. What we are looking for:

· An experienced Data Governance & Quality Manager
· A strong grasp on GDPR rules and principles
· Knowledge of quality standards, systems and procedures, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
· Audit experience
· Experience of delivering training to colleagues in your areas of expertise
· Excellent communication and people management skills

ROLE: Data Governance & Quality Manager

LOCATION: Birmingham – Currently remote due to Covid-19. Role to be blended approach of office and remote / home based when possible.

SALARY: £54,000 – £66,000- salary dependant on level of seniority and/or skills and experience.
