I am working with a fabulous independent care home based in the Earls Barton area to find them a Night Care Shift Leader.
In this role you will:
* Provide a high standard of personal care, hygiene and support to residents during the night
* Act in the best interest of the residents, striving to enhance their well-being
* Protect the safety of all the residents within the home during the night
* Direct and co-ordinate sleep-in staff
For this post you must have:
* Experience of working in a care home
* The ability to work waking nights
* An understanding of the needs of older people
* The ability to carry out physically demanding tasks including bending, lifting and walking around the building
