Interaction Recruitment is one of the UK’s fastest growing independent recruiter with offices Nationwide. We are currently working in partnership with our client who are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist for their prestigious car dealership based in Macclesfield, SK11 7TX.
Role – Service Desk Advisor
Location – Macclesfield, SK11 7TX.
Contract type – Temporary ongoing, 12 weeks temp to potential perm.
Hours – 8:30am – 6pm (1 hour lunch break)
Salary – £28,200per annum.
Start Date – ASAP
Parking available on site
Overview of the job role
• Meeting and greeting customers at reception
• Answering phones, taking messages and dealing with customer enquiries
• Booking and amending appointments
• Discussing service and maintenance quotes
• Follow up courtesy calls.
• Providing general administrative support to the office as required.
Experience within a the automotive industry is crucial.
