Salary: £38,400 – £48,000 per year

JOB TITLE: After Sales Customer Care Adviser

LOCATION: Brighton

SALARY: £32,000 – £40,000 OTE

TERM: Permanent

HOURS: Monday to Friday – Occasional Saturday every month

START DATE: ASAP

We have a brand new opportunity working with a fantastic organisation that prides themselves on excellent customer care and individual progression. They are looking for someone to join their Aftersales Customer Care team to support inbound calls and to maintain a high standard of customer service This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to start their professional career in Customer Services, working in modern offices. The day to day duties in your new job would be:

• Being the first point of contact for any inbound calls received from Customers
• Creating customer bookings on a bespoke system
• Delivering a high standard of customer care
• Supporting with any customer queries
• Upselling ad-on packages/ deals

• Have previous experience in Retail or Sales

• Have good IT skills and can learn new systems
