New Business Development Executive
Location: Home based – covering South East and Greater London + 1 weekly meeting at offices in Poole, Dorset
Salary: £26,400 – £30,000 DOE + OTE of £48,000 + Company Car + Other Benefits
Rock Recruitment Solutions are excited to be working in partnership with one of the largest suppliers of Motor Finance in the UK. They are looking for a New Business Development Executive to join their Field Sales team selling finance packages – providing software solutions and broker services to Car Dealerships. The company are enjoying strong growth and this role offers further opportunity to progress along with a healthy financial package.
As a New Business Development Executive, your duties will include:
* Selling finance packages – Broker services and software solutions to Car Dealerships
* Managing your underwriter / administrators to deliver the required deal KPI’s
* Comprehensive updating of the internal web based CRM system
* Management of financial targets and reports
* Identifying new I.T solutions for online trading with Car Dealerships
Essential Requirements:
* Enthusiastic, determined, persuasive personality
* Proven success in achieving sales targets
* Strong influencing and negotiating skills
* Ability to build a geographical region and then recruit other Business Development Executives
* Experience in selling into Car Dealerships
* Able to prioritise work load and analytically plan day-to-day activities
* Able to cope under pressure and within a fast paced environment
* Able to achieve monthly financial targets with regards to sales performance, lead conversion to closed deals, average net profit on each deal, and weekly and monthly sales reporting
* Driving license essential
