Business Development Executive – Property Investment
Due to the recent growth within Real Estate, a new and exciting position has just opened developing new investors, investing in property backed assets for a property hedge fund based in Northampton
Responsibilities
* Sourcing investors through intermediaries, investor referrals and targets online marketing
* Being able to discuss products with individuals investing 10k – 100k
* Work with established lead generation companies and acquire new clients
* Conduct quality investment appraisals
* Able to meet and achieve sales targets
* Assisting with operations
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales where you have closed deals
* Experience working in or knowledge of the investors industry is a plus
* Avid networker
* Can-do attitude
* Excellent communication skills
* Ambitious with the willingness to learn, develop and progress your career
* Great IT skills
