My client is runs a well positioned business centre in Hatfield who are seeking an experienced Business Centre Manager either full time or Part Time to manage the building.

Managing a small team, you will be experienced in running a business centre.

The role will include:-

* Managing a team of ¾ Receptionists and a Marketing Manager

* Ensure the smooth running of the centre

* Bookkeeping – using Xero, sending out invoices, credit control if necessary

* Conduct viewings for potential clients

* Set up Telecoms for new clients

* Providing exceptional customer service to clients

* Preparing quotations for potential clients

* Managing facilities and teams, ie. Cleaners, gardeners, maintenance contractors

* Ensuring the centre complies with Health & Safety, carry out risk assessments

* Use of Word, Excel and Xero

This is a beautiful centre based in Hatfield, Herts.

This role can be part time or full time.
