Key Account Manager

Salary: £33,600 – £36,000 per year

Working for this award winning, multi-branded fashion sales agency who represent young contemporary brands including ISawItFirst, Daisy Street and Heartbreak brands.
They are seeking a key Account Manager (Maternity Cover) with the potential to stay on at the company longer term. This role will be to manage key fast fashion ladieswear accounts, from sample presentation to delivery, with experience working with customers such as ASOS/ASOS Outlet, Very, Next and TK Maxx. Your duties will include: –
* Managing and driving sales on selected key accounts/brands including ISawItFirst
* Organising and attending customer meetings
* Preparing samples and information for meetings
* Writing up meeting notes and following up action points
* Liaising with customers and brands about all details required to place an order.
* Checking customer buy sheets and purchase orders.
* Liaising with customers and brands about required samples.
* Managing delivery schedules and providing regular updates to customers
* Reviewing product ranges on customer websites
* Reviewing sales figures and proposing actions to drive sales and mange stocks.
* Responsible for negotiating seasonal and full year budgets with clients ensuring positive growth in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Presenting detailed feedback post appointments to various different teams to drive sales.
* Involved in the development of new ranges and exclusive product and categories with customers.
* Actively seeking and driving new business
* To be able to prioritise and multi-task appropriately and be proactive in managing requests. To remain trustworthy and discreet and to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
To apply you must have: –
* Ideally 3 years fast fashion ladieswear accounts experience
* Technical Skills Intermediate level Excel (Essential)
* Intermediate level Outlook (Essential)
* A high standard of written and verbal communication, English grammar and spelling (Essential)
* Strong and efficient organisational skills (Essential)
* The ability to commit for at least 12 months to cover maternity (2 months handover for immediately available candidates)
* The role can be based on their London or Manchester office (flexible)
