The Company:
Our client is a well-established marketing company with international operations

Main duties:
Being in charge of the Customer Care team working on the French market and support them to develop Amazon and eBay sales through developing advertising, performing market research and improving marketing strategies

The Role:
• To manage a team of account executive and support them when needed
• To ensure they can manage their workload and identify training needs
• To ensure Customer Care is kept to a very high standard
• To provide customer support by liaising with different departments and commercial partners efficiently
• To deal with negative feedback or reviews by contacting concerned customers where appropriate
• To reach online sales objective and increase brand awareness
• To create and implement marketing strategies (Updating web content, new products, sales promotions,…)
• To project manage suggestions and improvement of website, promotions and advertisement
• To perform market research and keep up to date with market tendencies and products’ release
• To produce reports and analyse performance of all digital activities

The Candidate:
• Fluent in English and French to mother tongue standard (Written & spoken) is ESSENTIAL
• Good e-commerce knowledge, preferably including in the eBay / Amazon marketplace is ESSENTIAL
• Strong experience in project management, working with multi-disciplinary customer teams
• Working knowledge of SEO and PPC concepts
• Have a passion for customer acquisition and technology
• Good team player, flexible and pro-active
• Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
• Good communication skills and team worker
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment

Salary: £26,000per year to £26,000 per year depending on experience + company benefits
