We are looking for our next Recruitment Consultant and high flying star. The right Candidate will join our Nursing and Healthcare division, you will be home grown with Training and support which with combined efforts will give you a highly rewarding career. You must be a confident out going person with the drive and passion to be successful, the ability to listen and learn and trust we know what we are doing to benefit you with an OTE £40k+.

Your Role will be:

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Learn our systems and stay true to our business ethics
• Delivering a fantastic candidate journey from registration to placements
• Work towards targets with a focused attitude
• To embrace the best compliant candidates who will continue to give you repeat business 
• Finding new contacts to grow the business to the next level
• Meeting with new, existing and potential clients regularly

You MUST have/be:

• Experienced or confident in the role as a Recruitment Consultant
• Understand margins, numbers of what you are capable of achieving
• Good communication skills, including a good standard of written English
• Be competitive and rise to the challenge of hitting financial targets
• Creative and think outside the box in order to stand out from the crowd
• Have a genuine interest and passion for work
• The ability to build or work as a team in the interest of the company.
