Conveyancing Legal Secretary – Residential and Commercial

Salary: £26,000 per year

This position for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary is working for a well-established, Lexcel accredited, Legal 500-listed law firm, based at their office in Warwick.

This position would suit an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary with excellent audio typing skills, great communication skills and sound knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish.

The role involves providing a full secretarial and administration service to the Conveyancing team including audio typing from digital dictation, preparation of legal documentation, arranging meetings, managing the fee earners’ diary and liaising with clients. The Conveyancing team are dealing with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing and commercial property transactions, therefore experience of both residential and commercial property matters would be a distinct advantage.

A minimum of two years’ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary is essential, as well as a sound knowledge of anti-money-laundering regulations.
