Reward Analyst

Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year

Anderson Knight is recruiting a Reward Analyst for our client, a global business with an office in Glasgow. This is a full time, permanent position, with hybrid working options. The purpose of this role is to ensure the timely implementation and administration of compensation programs globally.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• You will be the main contact on the salary review process, ensuring that proposals are within agreed budget.
• You will be required to participate in salary and benefit surveys and analyse results. Ensuring appropriate uplifts on an annual and Adhoc basis.
• You will be responsible for preparing reports to analyse how competitively employees are paid in comparison to competitors
• You will be required to contribute at the budget planning with supporting data in relation to all employee costs
• Maintain and develop appropriate reward databases
• You will be the first contact to line managers in relation to any benefit changes.
• You will be required to participate in the production and implementation of corporate compensation policies
• Research and recommend appropriate policy guidelines and implement effectively and consistently.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills

• You will have experience of working in a similar role
• Excellent numeracy, analytical and report writing skills
• The ability to work to tight deadlines
• You will have excellent communication skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of global HR practices would be highly advantageous
