A fantastic opportunity arises for a New Business Field Sales / Business Development Manager to join a Records Management organisation due to company growth.

My client is an established leader in the records management arena, their core product services range from scan, archive, storage, shredding and traditional records management into large corporates, SME’s and the public sector.

The successful Field Sales / BDM will be responsible for cold calling prospective new clients, generating their own leads, preparing tenders, pitching at Director /Board level, negotiating contracts and closing deals of high values. My client is offering the suitable Field Sales / BDM a supportive network of senior colleagues, competitive team environment, uncapped commission opportunities and unique selling points to offer your clients.
This position is to focus specifically on their shredding service.
To be considered for this Field Sales / BDM role the successful candidate will be able to show that they have:-

* Experience at solution selling at board level within the shredding industry
* Selling Records / Document Management Solutions
* Proven sales track record
* Stable career background
* Must be new business hungry

In reward my client is offering the successful Field Sales / BDM a fantastic package:-

* £36,000 – £42,000basic salary
* UNCAPPED OTE
