Property Lawyer/Conveyancer
Commercial Property Team
Coventry
£23k to £35k dependent on experience, plus range of benefits
We are looking for an experienced Property Lawyer/Conveyancer to join the busy Commercial Property Team of an award-winning, Lexcel accredited Legal 500-listed firm at their office in Coventry city centre.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in running a caseload of either residential conveyancing or commercial property transactions.
The role would suit a Paralegal with conveyancing case-handling experience, or a qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Full support and training will be provided in commercial property for the successful candidate, as well as ongoing training and development, and funding for practicing certificates and professional memberships.
This is a full-time, permanent position, offered with a range of benefits including private health care, car parking, generous annual leave entitlement plus a day off for your birthday and additional leave over the Christmas shut-down period.
Please note: Salary is given as a guideline in line with market rate and will be wholly dependant on experience.
