Property/Maintenance Inspector
London and surrounding areas
Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm
£21k + bonus + Company Phone

My client is looking for a Property/Maintenance Inspector to carry out inspections on residential and commercial properties in London and the surrounding areas providing any general maintenance required as and when necessary.

Main Duties: –
* Organising and carrying out quality inspections on properties
* Preparing and producing inventories
* Producing property reports including, schedule of condition
* Serving eviction notices and warning to tenants
* Taking meter readings
* Face to face, written and telephone liaison with clients, tenants and contractors
* Diary management
* Photography of properties
* Coordinate attendance on, and support of, specialist contractors visits

The Ideal Candidate:
* Ideally from a similar background within the Property Industry/Housing Environment
* Knowledge/skill of other basic maintenance work i.e. painting and carpentry
* MUST have a valid DBS/CRB check within the past 5 years
* MUST hold a clean UK driving license
* Have the ability to manage and co-ordinate own diary
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have strong an accurate eye for detail
* IT skills – PDA / Tablet usage
* Work as part of a team

Successful applicants will come from a similar background with maintenance experience within the Property Industry and MUST HAVE A CLEAN VALID DRIVING LICENCE
