Key Responsibilities

Due to our continued growth, a great opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join the Kier Group legal team. Based in the property division in our London office, you will report to the Head of Legal – Property. In this role you will support the business on a wide range of matters, including investment and development work. Forming close relationships with your colleagues in Development, Finance, Marketing and Asset Management, you will also advise on a range of ancillary matters, as required.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE gained in either a respected private practice firm or a strong in-house team. In every case, you will have excellent academics and training together with high quality, relevant experience and a good grounding in commercial property work. If you are proactive and flexible, and able to combine strong legal acumen with a firm, practical approach you will thrive in this collegiate team. You will enjoy a close working relationship with your business colleagues and use your excellent communication skills to effectively advise and influence at all levels. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop and maximise their potential in-house experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
