Technologist (Soft Fruit)

Salary: £30,000 per year

In this role you will

* Ensure that suppliers are complying with both legislative and customer quality standards

* Have accountability for maintaining a high-quality service level and low levels of complaints to the customers

* Ability to liaise with and provide technical support to suppliers and internal teams

* Support with indirect management of third-party farm post-harvest team dealing with day to day quality issues, stocks and assisting UK packing sites

* Interact closely and support the Technical team in ensuring the technical agenda is carried out to the requirements of both customers and suppliers

* Audit suppliers & packhouse structures and systems, and give effective feedback, create action plans and manage their implementation

This role is home-based in Kent. You will have total daily flexibility to manage your travel agenda throughout the UK.
