Salary: £28,800 – £30,000 per year
Constructionlines is a privately owned growing building services business based in Ripley, Derbyshire. Since they were established, they have grown exponentially year on year and they have an established, growing client base. The Directors have created a friendly, supportive culture and are very much involved in the day to day running of the business. Due to recent growth, there is currently an opening for a Finance Administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will support with day to day bookkeeping for the suite of companies through Xero Accounts Package.
If you have a bookkeeping or accounting related qualification and experience in the construction industry, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
* Raise customer invoices
* Process supplier invoices
* Credit control
* Process monthly supplier payments
* Enter financial transactions into Xero Accounting Software
* Bank Reconciliation
* Maintain digital and physical financial records
* Produce and submit monthly CIS returns
Requirements
* Experience working in an accounts department
* Experience with MS Excel and Xero accounting software
* Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
* Organisation skills
