Marketing Director – Central London – Permanent – Integrated Marketing Agency

Salary: £96,000 + Bonus + Benefits

My key client, an Integrated Marketing Agency based in Central London is looking for a Marketing Director with a wealth of both agency and client side experience to plan and implement all marketing strategies across the EMEA regions;

Responsibilities:

* Creation, implementation and measurement of strategic marketing and communication initiatives
* Brand management
* Editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all content including digital – web, intranet, social media etc.
* Coordination of media interest; ensuring regular contact with target media contacts including IT industry analysts.
* Provision of director support for marketing, communications and PR requirements.
* Work closely with sales directors to support vendor engagement strategies and create funded campaigns to drive financial targets and goals.
* Ensuring the output from the marketing department is of the highest quality and maximises the efficient use of marketing funds.
* Creation of effective marketing campaigns for new and emerging IT services and solutions.
* Close liaison with systems personnel to ensure CRM data is up to date, relevant and effective.
* Ensure that all internal processes are robust to track success of marketing campaigns; providing a good return on investment.
* Liaison with and management of marketing supplier organisations.
* Recruitment; management and development of marketing staff.
* Tracking and analysis of competitor activity and market trends.
* Ensure all Bid content is updated regularly to reflect the nature of propositions and services being delivered.

Essential Skills:

* Currently operating at Director level
* Experience within both agency and client side
* Team management experience
* Strategic yet hands on approach
