– 12 month contract

Working for a successful international Financial Services Company an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager is required to manage the overall development and delivery of Protection and Mortgage Club Marketing Campaigns, Promotional Materials, Communication Programmes and Events for the company`s network.

Key Accountabilities:

– Assist with the planning, scheduling, implementation and delivery of promotional materials, communication programmes and marketing campaigns to support the achievement of business targets
– Support the production resources, including agencies, mailing houses and the print provider to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of marketing materials
– Support in actively driving improvements for the companies marketing and communications 
– Maintain a good knowledge of the financial services and the mortgage and savings market place, good understanding of company product ranges and keep abreast of regulatory rules and ensures all material is compliant
– To develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
– Be able to manage specific campaigns and production process by:

– establishing communication requirements for campaigns and promotional literature

– ensuring briefs are produced to specify design and layout of material

– management of relationships with agencies and suppliers

– interpretation of company brand values in all communication materials

– delivering cost-effective materials

Skills and Experience required:

– Experience of Business to Business marketing
– Basic knowledge of mortgages
– Up to date knowledge of all mainstream intermediary marketing environments
– Knowledge of Financial Services market and regulatory requirements
– Agency experience
